Payments (updated March 26th, 2024)
  • To secure your booking we/Blessing Transport Service request 20%'s prepayment of total invoice as deposit. The balanced have to be paid on pickup time or already meet up with our/Blessing Transport Service's person.
    1. For booking which made in 14 days or more before arrival's date or service's date, the prepayment should be paid at late at 5 days after we emailed the invoice.
    2. For booking which made in less than 14 days before arrival's date or service's date, the prepayment should be paid soon after we emailed the invoice.
  • The payment can be done by bank transfer to:

    The transfer receipt should be email to us.
  • You can use our Payment Links for payment by Card (MASTERCARD, VISA, JCB), once we issued the invoice and email you. The links consist of three payments: The Prepayment, The Rest Payment, and The Full Payment. We suggest you to using our payment links for making easier of your transaction.
  • The subdomain pay.blessingtransportbromoijen.com as an interface and a validation process of invoice is owned and managed by us/Blessing Transport Service.
  • xendit.co is 3rd party or Payment Gateway of Blessing Transport Service which will process your payment to us/Blessing Transport Service.
  • We/Blessing Transport Service not collecting and process your Card's data while making a payment via Payment Link.
Cancellation and Refund (updated March 26th, 2024)
  • Cancellation can do at late at 5 days before arrival's date or service's date.
  • The refund for booking which made in 14 days or more before arrival's date or service's date, as follow:
    1. The refund applies for Full Payment and Prepayment, with terms of minimum total invoice before VAT are:
      - Full Payment, minimum invoice is IDR 3,000,000.-
      - Prepayment, minimum invoice is IDR 5,000,000.-
    2. Cancellation and refund for Full Payment which made no later than 5 days before arrival's date or service's date, would be refunded 100%.
    3. Cancellation and refund for Full Payment which made in 5 days less before arrival's date or service's date, would be refunded 85%.
    4. Cancellation and refund for Prepayment which made no later than 5 days before arrival's date or service's date, would be refunded 75%.
    5. Cancellation and refund for Prepayment which made in 5 days or less before arrival's date or service's date, would be refunded 60%.
  • The refund for booking which made in less than 14 days before arrival's date or service's date, as follow:
    1. For Prepayment, would be refunded 60%.
    2. For Full Payment, would be refunded 85%.
  • If the customer/guest no show, then no refund.
  • The refund for payment which had by Bank Transfer and Payment Link will done by IDR currency.
  • The refund's policy for Payment which had by Payment Link no charge.
  • The refund's policy for Payment which had by Bank Transfer as follow :
    • Transfer process or transaction in valas we/Blessing Transport Serivce not use full amount policy.
    • If customer or guest request for full amount, we/Blessing Transport Service will charges to customer or guest and deducting the refund's amount. (Full amount fee, USD 25-equivalent)
    • The transaction's fees in refund process will be charges to customer or guest.
    • The amount of refund will be transfer to payer's account, not to booker's account.
    • To ensure the refund process and validation of bank, please supply us:
      - The name of Bank and country for account issued.
      - Complete name of account holder.
      - Address of account holder.
      - Account number and swift code.
Responsibility
  • BLESSING TRANSPORT SERVICE act as Transport Company, which provide transportation/escort/accompany travelers to destination until the trip finished.
  • If the guest asking to provide the accommodation or take a package tour for Bromo-Ijen-Tumpak Sewu Tour, we/Blessing Transport Service will booking with our/Blessing Transport Service's standard list of accommodations. The accommodations subject will book depend on availability.
  • Following are our/Blessing Transport Service's standard accommodations (as partnership) :
    - Surabaya: Neo Gubeng Hotel, Favehotel MEX.
    - Malang: Swiss-bellin Hotel, Santika Premiere Hotel.
    - Bromo Tour: Cafe Lava Hostel, Lava View Lodge, Bromo Permai Hotel, SM Bromo Hotel, Jiwa Jawa Resort Bromo*.
    - Ijen Tour: Ijen View Hotel Bondowoso, Grand Harvest Resort Banyuwangi, Teras Hotel & Villa Banyuwangi, Villa So Long Banyuwangi, Aston Hotel Banyuwangi, Jiwa Jawa Resort Ijen*.
